2. Buyer

The natural or legal person purchasing the service (the "Buyer"). The name, title, address and contact details provided by the Buyer during the quote/invoice process apply.

3. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the sale of services provided electronically by the Seller to the Buyer (such as digital marketing, software development, web design, hosting/maintenance and consulting) together with the rights and obligations of the parties. The scope of the service is defined in the quote and/or invoice delivered to the Buyer.

4. Service Fee and Payment

The service fee is the amount stated in the quote and/or invoice delivered to the Buyer, inclusive of all taxes. Prices are quote-specific.

Payment is made securely by credit/debit card via the iyzico virtual POS infrastructure. Card details are not stored by the Seller; the payment is processed by iyzico.

5. Provision of the Service

Following payment confirmation, the service is provided electronically in accordance with the scope and schedule agreed between the parties. No physical goods are delivered.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the consumer’s consent, or for services performed instantly in electronic form.

For services not yet started, a Buyer acting as a consumer may withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the agreement, without justification or penalty. Withdrawal notice may be sent to the e-mail or KEP address above.

Where withdrawal applies, the relevant amount is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the notice, using the original payment method (to the card via iyzico).

7. Cancellation After Performance Begins

If the Buyer requests cancellation after performance has begun, the fee for services rendered up to that point accrues; any refund for remaining amounts is assessed under the Delivery and Return Terms.

8. Privacy and Personal Data

The Buyer’s personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Notice (KVKK). Card data shared during payment does not reach the Seller.

9. Dispute Resolution

For Buyers acting as consumers, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary thresholds announced by the Ministry of Trade. Otherwise, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction. The agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

10. Entry into Force

This agreement is deemed concluded and in force upon the Buyer’s confirmation of payment in electronic form.
