5-axis CNC milling
Simultaneous 5-axis on DMG Mori and Hermle cells, lights-out on pallets. Aluminium, titanium, stainless, Inconel, PEEK.
CNC turning and mill-turn
Multi-axis mill-turn with live tooling and sub-spindle; batches from 1 to 50,000 with in-process probing.
Sheet metal and fabrication
Laser cutting, folding, welding (TIG, MIG, spot) and powder coating through approved partners. Assemblies delivered kitted.
Inspection and reporting
Zeiss CMM, vision system, full first article inspection reports and material certs with every batch.
Sub-assembly and finishing
We manage the finishing chain and deliver assembled, tested units under one PO and one certificate pack.
