Where does it hurt?
Four areas cover most of what walks through the door. Each one tells you what your first visit involves and roughly how many sessions it takes, before you book anything.

Most back pain settles faster with the right movement than with rest. We work out what your back does not like yet, then rebuild the load it can take.
Sound familiar?
Forty five minutes: history, movement screen, hands-on treatment, and three exercises you leave with.
Typical course: 3 to 5 sessions over 6 weeks
How recovery runs
Hands-on treatment settles pain. Loading keeps it away. Plenty of courses stop after the first part, which is why the problem comes back in the spring.
Day one
We test, we tell you what we think is going on in plain words, and we treat in the same session. You leave with two or three exercises, not twelve.
Week one to two
Hands-on work, load management and short daily exercise. The aim is sleeping better and moving without guarding.
Week three to six
The part most plans skip. We add weight, speed or distance every week and re-test the numbers so progress is visible.
Week six onwards
Back to your sport, your job or your garden, with a maintenance plan and an open door if it flares.
Prices
No consultation fee on top, no assessment you have to pay for twice. Blocks are cheaper if you already know you need a few sessions.
Assessment first, then pay as you go at £52.
Assessment plus four follow-ups, saving £26.
Gait analysis plus four follow-ups and a review.
Who you will see
You are booked with the person who treats your problem most often, and you stay with them through the course.

Patients
★★★★★Six months of shoulder pain and nobody had told me how long it would take. Ellie gave me a timeline at the first visit and it went almost exactly to it.
Rachel D., Bathwick
★★★★★Went in with Achilles pain twelve weeks before Bath Half. Sam filmed me, cut my mileage for a fortnight, then rebuilt it. Finished in 1:38.
Marcus T., Combe Down
★★★★★Nine weeks after my knee replacement and I am doing the stairs properly. They kept my surgeon updated without me having to chase anyone.
