In the rate
Included at every property, every time of year, without asking.
Cotton bedding, bath and hand towels for everyone, and a beach towel each. Cots and highchairs on request at no charge.
Cornish milk, butter, a loaf from the Falmouth bakery, jam, tea, coffee and a bottle of something local.
No meters, no coin boxes. Wood for the burners and the hot tub is stacked and included in the rate.

The coast, not the county
Our furthest property is a nine minute walk from salt water. The arrival pack tells you which beach has lifeguards in May, which car park fills by ten, and where to eat on a wet Tuesday in February.
