Two designers, three crews, one yard in Milford.
Marcus started Greenway Landscapes in 2006 with a trailer and a rotavator. We now design in the studio on Monday and build on site the other four days, which keeps the drawings honest.
How we work
We build what we drew, because we drew what we can build.
A lot of garden design is handed to whichever contractor comes back cheapest, and the detail quietly disappears. We do both halves, so the person who specified the falls on your patio is the person who has to stand in the rain and check them.
Everything is employed labour. No day-rate crews we have never met, no subcontracted planting. The same foreman is on your garden from the dig to the handover.

Our promise
What you can hold us to.
We walk the garden
One visit, about an hour, no charge. We look at levels, drainage, soil and what the light does through the day.
Drawing and costed plan
A planted layout with a build cost against each area, so you can drop or delay a section without losing the design.
Dated build programme
Start date, finish date, and which crew is on site each week. Deliveries land the day before they are needed.
Handover and a year of care
A planting plan with names and spacings, a watering schedule, and a free visit at twelve months to check it in.
