From production line to checkout: Wuti Kozmetik.

How we gave an own-brand cosmetics manufacturer a direct line to its customers: an online store built on a proven commerce platform, with campaign and coupon mechanics of its own and shipping wired straight into the order flow.

A brand that makes its own products should not need a middleman to sell them.

The Context

Overview

Wuti Kozmetik manufactures its own cosmetics line. What it lacked was a direct way to sell it: no storefront of its own, and every sale passing through someone else's shelf. In 2021, over two months, we built that missing channel as a complete online store.

The storefront went up on a proven commerce platform and was shaped around the brand's own range: clear categories, product pages that do the selling, and a short checkout. Because cosmetics move on promotions, campaign and coupon mechanics were built into the store itself, so the brand could plan and run its own offers without touching code.

Fulfilment was wired in from the start. Shipping integration connects the order flow to the carrier, so a paid order becomes a tracked shipment without anyone retyping addresses or juggling spreadsheets.

The Problem

The Challenge

An own-brand range with no shop of its own, in a market that sells on promotions.

The full own-brand range had to read clearly online, with no shelf and no salesperson.

Cosmetics sell on promotions; the store needed campaign and coupon mechanics of its own.

A paid order had to reach the carrier by itself, with no retyped addresses in between.

Buying direct had to feel as easy as the marketplaces shoppers already knew.

What We Built

A storefront with the machinery behind it.

An online store on a proven commerce platform: the range organised for discovery, campaign and coupon mechanics built in, and shipping wired into the order flow.

The Impact

Direct to customer, end to end.

Own-brand
A manufacturer selling its own range, direct.
Campaign-ready
Promotions and coupons run by the brand, no code needed.
Shipping-linked
Paid orders flow to the carrier on their own.
Direct
The whole path owned, from production line to checkout.
The Outcome

The bottom line.

Wuti Kozmetik went live in two months with a store of its own: the full own-brand range sold direct, product pages doing the selling, and a checkout short enough to respect the buyer's time.

The machinery mattered as much as the shopfront. Campaigns and coupons ran from inside the store, planned by the brand itself; paid orders flowed to the shipping carrier on their own. A manufacturer that once depended on other people's shelves ended up owning the whole path from production line to checkout.

Today we deliver the same kind of build on our own platform inside PumpGrowthOS.
