By accessing and using the site you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the site.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the site only lawfully and not in breach of these terms. Any conduct that harms the site, disrupts its operation, or attempts unauthorized access is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, text and images on the site belong to Pumpmedya or its licensors and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Content You Submit

You represent that information you submit via the contact form or chat is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights. This data is processed under our Data Protection Notice (KVKK) and Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is". Pumpmedya does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free and is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party sites. Pumpmedya is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page and applies from the moment it is posted.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes.

Paid services, payment and refunds

Diagnostic website audit. The audit offered on our landing pages is a one-off paid service. The price shown on the page (for example £149) is exclusive of VAT where VAT applies; the total is stated before you pay. Payment is taken by card through iyzico in the currency shown.

Delivery. The report is delivered by email within 3 working days of payment, provided the website address you gave is publicly accessible. It reflects the state of the site at the time of review.

Credit against a project. If you commission a project from Pumpmedya within 6 months of the audit, the audit fee is deducted in full from the first invoice of that project.

Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before we start work on your report. Once the report has been delivered the service is complete and no refund is due, except where the report has not been delivered within the stated time or does not cover the areas described on the page, in which case we will either complete it or refund the fee. Refunds are made to the original card within 10 working days. For business customers this does not affect any statutory rights; for consumers, by asking us to start the work before the end of any cooling-off period you agree that the service may be completed within that period.

Business use. Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. By ordering you confirm that you are acting for business purposes or, if not, that you understand and accept these terms.

Fixed-price website packages

What you buy. The Starter, Business and E-commerce packages on pumpmedya.com/websites are fixed-scope website services. What each package includes, what it does not include, the number of pages and the number of revision rounds are stated on the package page at the time you order; that list is the scope of the contract. Anything outside it is quoted separately and only started with your written agreement.

Seller and pricing. The seller is Pumpmedya Yazılım ve Dijital Pazarlama A.Ş., Ankara, Türkiye. Prices are in pounds sterling and are paid in full by card through iyzico before work starts. No UK VAT is charged because the service is supplied from outside the United Kingdom; if you are VAT registered in the UK you account for VAT under the reverse charge. An invoice is sent by email after payment.

Your part. After payment you receive a brief link. The delivery period stated for your package (in working days) starts when the brief is submitted with the logo, text and images we ask for, and is paused while we wait for your feedback or for material we need. The first month of the care plan is included; from the second month it continues at the price shown unless you cancel, and you can cancel any month.

Revisions and approval. A preview link is sent before anything goes live. The revision rounds included in your package cover changes to the agreed scope; a new page, a new feature or a change of direction after the brief is a separate quote. The site goes live on your written approval.

Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before you submit the brief. If you cancel after the brief is submitted, the work completed by then is charged pro rata at the package price and the balance is refunded. Once the site is live the service is complete and no refund is due, except where we fail to deliver what the package page describes, in which case we either complete it or refund the part not delivered. Refunds go to the original card within 10 working days. For business customers this does not affect any statutory rights; for consumers, by asking us to start the work before the end of any cooling-off period you agree that the service may be completed within that period.

Ownership and hosting. On full payment the design, text and images we produce for your site belong to you; our platform, templates and code libraries remain ours and are licensed to you for the site. Hosting, domain and third-party accounts are opened in your name, or transferred to you, so the site stays yours if we part ways.
