Their footage, our rhythm: Flora Bodrum Hotel.

A Bodrum hotel had the footage; what it lacked was the rhythm. We ran its Instagram end to end: cutting and dressing the hotel's own material into posts, Reels, campaigns and special days, published on a beat that never missed.

A feed that posts sometimes is a brand that exists sometimes.

The Context

Overview

Flora Bodrum Hotel had what most hotels only wish for: a steady stream of real footage from its own pools, beaches and terraces. What it did not have was the machine that turns raw clips into a living Instagram account. Posting happened when someone remembered, which on a busy hotel's calendar means rarely.

The division of labour we set up is the story: the hotel kept doing what only it can do, filming its own summer, and we did the rest end to end. Every clip that arrived was cut, colour-dressed and captioned into the brand's voice, then slotted into a publishing calendar that covers product posts, Reels, campaign pushes and the special days a Turkish audience expects a brand to honour.

The result is a feed that behaves like a hotel that never closes: always current, always in season, always in the same visual voice, without the hotel hiring a single editor.

The Problem

The Challenge

Great raw material, no publishing muscle, and a seasonal business that cannot afford a silent feed.

Raw hotel clips are not posts; every video needed a cut, a dress and a caption before the feed.

Hospitality is seasonal; the feed had to stay warm in the months the pools are not.

Campaigns, celebrations and special days each need their own look without breaking one brand voice.

A guest checks the feed before booking; a dead account reads like a dead season.

What We Built

An edit-and-publish machine behind one account.

The hotel films, we do the rest: every clip cut and dressed into the brand voice, then published on a steady calendar of posts, Reels, campaigns and special days.

The Social Layer

Social, run end to end.

Everything on the account starts as raw footage from the hotel itself. We cut it, dress it and caption it into one visual voice, then publish it on a steady calendar: hotel-life posts, campaign creatives, Reels that carry the summer in motion, and a special-days series that never lets a date pass unmarked.

The Outcome

The bottom line.

Flora's Instagram now runs the way its front desk does: on schedule, in uniform, without gaps. Product posts sell the rooms and the pools, Reels carry the summer in motion, campaign creatives push the offers, and no special day passes without the brand showing up in its own colours.

The model is the quiet win: the hotel supplies footage only it could capture, and everything after the upload, the cut, the look, the words, the calendar, is ours. For a seasonal business it is the difference between an account that exists sometimes and a brand that is always open.
