Built on repeat business.
Roughly six in ten of our instructions come from people we have sold for before, or their neighbours. We would rather grow that way than open a second office we cannot staff properly.

Fees transparency
Every fee, in writing, before you sign.
Our full fee schedule is on the services page and in the branch window. Sales are no sale, no fee. Landlord fees are a percentage of rent with no hidden renewal charge. Tenants pay nothing beyond rent and deposit, as the law requires.
Valuation is free and honest
We would rather lose an instruction than overprice a home and watch it sit.
