Fee schedule

| Premium marketing | £495 + VAT | Optional. Twilight photography, video walkthrough and a featured listing. |
| EPC | £85 | Only if you do not already hold a valid certificate. |
Example: a £425,000 sale at 1.0% + VAT is £4,250 + VAT (£5,100 in total). Payable on completion only.

Example: £1,450 pcm fully managed at 12% + VAT is £174 + VAT per month (£208.80). Deducted from rent before transfer.

Tenant fees: none, other than rent, a holding deposit capped at one week and a tenancy deposit capped at five weeks, as set by the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
Mortgage referral
An independent adviser, one door down.
We refer buyers and landlords to Sam Whitworth, an independent whole-of-market adviser. The first appointment is free. We receive a referral fee of £150 on completed cases, which we disclose here and at the point of referral.
Valuations
Free market appraisal for sale or let. Formal written valuations for probate or matrimonial purposes from £240 + VAT.
Energy certificates
Arranged within 48 hours through an accredited assessor, £85 including VAT.
