Two bedroom terrace
Two rooms downstairs rather than one long knock through, so the kitchen can be shut off. Two allocated spaces in the parking court and a shed on a paved base.
Three bedroom semi detached
The type most families take. Kitchen across the back with doors to the garden, a study nook under the stairs and an en suite to bedroom one.
