Company accounts and corporation tax
Statutory accounts filed at Companies House and the CT600 at HMRC, with the tax figure explained before anything is signed.
Services
Most of this sits inside a monthly plan. The few things that do not are quoted before any work starts, never after.
Statutory accounts filed at Companies House and the CT600 at HMRC, with the tax figure explained before anything is signed.
Directors, sole traders, landlords and anyone with dividends or crypto disposals. We file, you approve, nothing is guessed.
Registration, scheme choice, and returns filed through MTD compatible software. Flat rate checked against standard every year.
RTI submissions, payslips, starters and leavers, auto-enrolment assessment and the pension upload.
Bank feeds reconciled, receipts chased through Dext, and a suspense account that ends the month at zero.
Additional information forms, technical narratives written with your engineers, and the numbers a lender or investor asks for.
A monthly pack you can read in ten minutes: revenue, gross margin, runway and the three numbers that moved.
Incorporation, PAYE and VAT registration, share structure, and the director paperwork done properly the first time.

Before you ask
No. Pick a plan, sign the engagement letter and we start. If you would rather talk it through, book twenty minutes and we will tell you honestly if a cheaper plan fits.
We move you up at the start of the next month and tell you why. We also move people down. Three clients dropped from Scaling to Limited last year because they no longer needed the monthly pack.
Sole trader and Limited are rolling monthly, cancel any time. Scaling has three months notice because we hold the forecasting work. Your records are yours and we hand them over in full.
A named accountant, listed on your engagement letter, with a second reviewer on anything filed. You will not be routed through a general helpdesk.
Yes, and most clients do. We request professional clearance and the handover file from your current accountant. You do not need to give them a reason.
Often. Overdue accounts, unfiled returns and a Xero file nobody has touched for a year are normal first weeks. We quote a one off catch-up fee before we start it.
Xero, QuickBooks or FreeAgent. The licence is inside your monthly fee on every plan. If you are on spreadsheets we migrate you in the first month at no extra cost.
We do not. Questions by email or Slack are inside the plan. Only defined pieces of work, such as an R&D claim or a share reorganisation, are quoted separately and always agreed up front.
Send your last set of accounts. We will tell you which plan fits and if a cheaper one would do.
