End-to-end performance marketing for a niche counted in thousands: Arkitech.
A weekly technical article for 130 unbroken weeks, thirty months of Reels from zero and four years of Google Ads scaled tenfold: page-one rankings and 1.1M people reached in a niche counted in thousands.
In a niche with a handful of buyers per country, credibility is the only traffic that counts.
Overview
Arkitech operates in one of the narrowest B2B niches in construction: light gauge steel framing machinery. A handful of buyers per country, purchasing decisions that take months and involve engineering teams.
From October 2023 onward we shipped one long-form technical article every single week: 130 weeks without exception. No holidays skipped, no quarters drifted. Each article went live on the site and on LinkedIn the same day, and every language was translated and edited individually so it reads as if written in that language first.
Alongside the publishing engine we ran Arkitech’s social presence end to end, with a deliberate geographic split: Instagram spoke to Turkey and was built for brand awareness, while LinkedIn carried the global, technical story. The Instagram account was launched from zero in October 2023, visual identity included, and managed entirely by us: close to two hundred posts, Reels and visuals produced, the community built, and eighteen Reels ad sets over thirty months targeted at LGS buyers, specifiers and operators, tuned for sustained click-through rather than cheap reach.
Google Ads was the third channel. We took over the account in 2022, working from the 2021 baseline the company had run in-house, and rebuilt it from the ground up: match types tightened, ad copy rewritten around buyer-stage intent, campaigns restructured by geography and machine type, and conversion tracking wired into the CRM so every lead carried an attribution trail. From a single domestic market the account expanded into nine-plus international regions, including the US and Canada, Germany, Spain, Saudi Arabia, the Balkans and the Nordics, plus a dedicated global video campaign.
The same discipline ran underneath all three channels: audiences and topics chosen for buyers rather than volume, performance read against one question, is the audience we are compounding the audience that buys, and budgets scaled only where the answer stayed yes.
The Challenge
A technical audience that smells generic content instantly, in a niche where one buyer represents a high-value machinery investment. Authority had to be earned week after week, in every language.
A handful of buyers per country, deciding over months with engineering teams at the table.
Technical buyers instantly spot machine-translated content in their own language; every locale needed real editorial work.
The global addressable audience is counted in the low thousands; broad reach buys strangers, not buyers.
Vanity metrics were the standing temptation: dashboards full of reach mean nothing if the followers cannot buy.
One cadence, three channels.
A long-form technical article every single week, the Instagram account run end to end, and a Google Ads account rebuilt from the ground up and scaled tenfold, with analytics deciding where budget scaled.
Social, run end to end.
Launched from zero in October 2023 as Arkitech's Turkey-facing awareness channel, the feed runs on recurring formats: the monthly 'Where are we this month?' series, fair announcements and before-and-afters. Below, a selection from close to two hundred pieces. The global, technical story ran on LinkedIn, where every weekly article reached the same professional audience.

Authority you can measure.
The bottom line.
Average search position climbed from 32 to 9 over sixteen months, with the sharpest jump landing in a single quarter: the signature of Google reassessing a domain as a consistent expert source. Core LGS machinery keywords hold top-3 positions in Turkish, English and German, and 522K qualified impressions arrived from organic search alone.
Over thirty months the program reached more than 1.1 million people at a sustained 3.04% CTR, well above Meta’s Reels benchmark, and built a community of over five thousand real followers. In a niche whose entire global audience is measured in the low thousands, that follower base is not a dashboard number: it is a meaningful share of everyone who will ever specify or buy an LGS line.
Paid search delivered what is supposed to be impossible in a niche this narrow: as ad spend scaled tenfold over four years, efficiency rose instead of falling. Click-through rate climbed from 0.79% to 3.17%, conversion rate on qualified traffic moved from 22% to 52%, and annualized conversions grew roughly eightfold while the account expanded far beyond its single domestic market.
The articles publish onto the global lead engine we built for Arkitech, where the same professionals go on to inquire.
