From first order to the next: Yasemin CRM Integration.

How we tuned Yasemin's existing HubSpot CRM, then wired their custom meal-delivery storefront into it over HubSpot's APIs, with orders and customers matching one to one and automations watching the gap between a first order and a second.

A custom storefront is only half the system; the other half is a CRM that knows every order.

The Context

Overview

Yasemin delivers weekly Turkish home cooking across the Netherlands, and the operation already ran on HubSpot CRM. Before any integration work, we put that foundation in order: emailing organised, templates designed and built, contact data cleaned and optimised, with ongoing support as the team worked.

Then came the platform. The meal-ordering platform we built is a custom e-commerce build, and custom builds have no ready-made HubSpot plugin. We connected the two over HubSpot's API services, endpoint by endpoint, until the orders and customer records in the CRM matched the storefront one to one.

On that clean base the automations went live: segments that build themselves as orders come in, including the one that watches customers who placed a first order but not a second, so win-back always starts from a list that is current.

The Problem

The Challenge

An off-the-shelf CRM, a custom-built storefront, and no ready-made connector between the two.

Emails, templates and contact data had grown untidy inside the existing HubSpot setup.

A custom storefront has no plug-and-play HubSpot connector; every bridge had to be built.

Orders lived in the storefront, contacts in the CRM, and the two could drift apart.

Nobody was watching the gap between a customer's first order and the second that never came.

What We Built

One storefront, one CRM, one truth.

First the existing HubSpot CRM was tidied into shape; then the custom storefront was wired in over HubSpot's APIs until both sides told the same story, order for order.

The Impact

Every order, mirrored and acted on.

1:1
Orders and customers matching between storefront and CRM.
API-level
A custom storefront connected without a ready-made plugin.
Self-building
Segments that keep themselves current as orders arrive.
First → second
The order gap watched automatically for win-back.
The Outcome

The bottom line.

Yasemin's HubSpot CRM now mirrors the storefront instead of chasing it. Every order lands as a structured record against the right customer, and the emailing that once needed hand-holding runs on clean templates and clean data.

The segments do the remembering: as orders arrive, lists keep themselves current, and the customers who ordered once but not twice surface on their own, ready for win-back before they go quiet.

The integration sits directly behind the meal platform we built, so the storefront and the follow-up are one connected system. Today we deliver the same setup on our own CRM inside PumpGrowthOS.
