Meshsan is a precision manufacturer operating in the aerospace and defense supply chain, where full part traceability and audit-ready quality records are not optional but a condition of doing business.

Meshsan needed a manufacturing execution system built around the exact way their shop floor actually runs, not around a vendor's assumptions.

Off-the-shelf enterprise platforms were too heavy, too expensive, and too rigid for their workflow, while paper and spreadsheets could not carry the traceability burden that AS9100 and AS9102 demand. So we built one from the ground up: an end-to-end, real-time manufacturing intelligence platform engineered for compliance, visibility, and scale.

The Problem

The Challenge

Like most manufacturing operations of its size, Meshsan was running critical production on paper, spreadsheets, and verbal handoffs, a setup that quietly leaks traceability, quality, and efficiency every day.

Work orders, material lots, and production entries recorded by hand, leaving data scattered, easily lost, and impossible to verify.

The AS9100 and AS9102 traceability chain assembled manually, risking errors, delays, and lost orders during audits.

No real-time visibility into which machine ran which operation, so managers decided late on incomplete data.

Heavyweight enterprise systems too costly and rigid to fit the way the shop floor actually operates.

We mapped how Meshsan actually runs before writing a line of code, then built a modular platform that puts the entire flow on one role-based, real-time system: Quote to Order to Work Order to Production to Finishing to Shipment to Invoicing.

The Hard Part

Engineering, not installation.

This was not the configuration of existing software. Several parts of the platform required solving genuine technical uncertainty in how manufacturing data actually behaves.

Chain-aware analytics engine

An original algorithm that computes true finished-part yield across scrap, finishing, and loss in multi-operation work orders. No off-the-shelf standard exists for it.

Automated AS9102 traceability graph

The chain from raw material lot to shipment is modeled automatically, and First Article Inspection documents are generated from it.

AI forecasting in low-data conditions

Models for production pace, delivery risk, and scrap deviation, with anomaly detection adapted to run reliably on sparse shop-floor data.

Adaptive data architecture

A flexible data model lets each workshop's workflow be configured without writing new code, engineered for scale.

The result is a domestic, AS9100-compliant digital backbone purpose-built for the aerospace and defense supply chain: fast to deploy, locally supported, and built to scale.

The platform also carries a tailor-made CRM we wrote for Meshsan, a story of its own. The intelligence layer that grew on top of it, four prediction engines and a live digital twin, has a story of its own.
