Services and pricing
Six services, three plans, one bill.
Support, infrastructure, security, cloud, backup and projects. Most clients take the whole lot on a per-user plan; a few take one piece alongside an in-house IT person. Both work.
Helpdesk and user support
One number, one portal, engineers in Reading who already know your setup. No tiers to climb before a person picks up.
Included in every planManaged infrastructure
Servers, firewalls, switches and Wi-Fi monitored around the clock, patched in rings, written up in a register you keep.
from £45 per user per monthCyber security
Managed detection and response, phishing simulation, MFA on every account, and the evidence pack your insurer keeps asking for.
from £62 per user per monthMicrosoft 365 and cloud
Tenant hardening, SharePoint people can find things in, Intune device policy, and licence spend reviewed every quarter.
from £29 per user per monthBackup and continuity
Nightly backup of servers, endpoints and Microsoft 365, a test restore every month, and a recovery time written into the contract.
from £6 per device per monthProjects and office moves
Moves, server retirement, Wi-Fi surveys, new-site cabling. Fixed price, out of hours, with the rollback plan written first.
quoted per projectPlans
Per user, per month, priced in the open.
Set the number of people who need support. The plan cards reprice as you move, so nothing has to be quoted before you know roughly what this costs.

Questions
The six we get asked on every first call.
Do we have to move everything at once?
No. Onboarding runs for fourteen days and your current provider stays live throughout. We take one system at a time and prove each one before moving to the next.
How long is the contract?
Twelve months, then rolling with thirty days notice. If you leave, your documentation, passwords and asset register go with you in a format you can read without us.
Is there a minimum size?
Ten users. Below that a managed plan costs more than it saves you, and we will say so on the first call.
What counts as unlimited support?
Anything broken, plus changes, starters and leavers. Projects, hardware and third-party licences are quoted separately so the monthly price stays honest.
Who owns the tools and the data?
You do. Licences sit in your tenant, backups sit in your storage, and the documentation lives in a workspace you have admin on from day one.
Can you work alongside our in-house IT person?
Often the best arrangement. They keep the applications and the relationships, we take monitoring, security and the out-of-hours cover.
Not sure which plan fits?
