Everything below is made or converted at Meridian Business Park. Prices start at the quantity we can run without the setup costing more than the stock.
Printed and plain shipping cases in E, B and BC flute. Litho-laminated for retail, one or two colour flexo for transit. Stack tested in the loaded weight before the run goes on.
Paper, gloss, matt, clear PP and direct thermal. Variable data, barcodes and batch numbers printed inline. Wound out on 76 mm cores to suit your applicator.
Printed inside and out, peel-and-seal strip, second tear strip for returns. Letterbox depths checked against Royal Mail large letter dimensions before we cut a tool.
Retail cartons with crash-lock or tuck ends, windows, and food-contact varnish where the pack needs it. Braille and recycling marks added to the die-line at proof stage.
Drawn, sampled on the cutting table, then run flat and shipped knocked down. Build steps print on the inside face so the store team is not guessing at seven in the morning.

How an order runs

A drawing, a competitor pack, or the thing you need to post. Dimensions and a quantity are enough to start.
An itemised price and a CAD die-line by email, usually the same day, always inside one working day.
A PDF proof, and on a new tool a plain sample in the real board. Nothing runs until you sign the proof.
Litho, flexo or digital on our own presses in Leicester. Every run gets a first-off check against the signed proof.
Next-day pallet delivery, or we hold the stock and you call it off. Storage is free for the first 90 days.
Materials
Corrugated and carton board leave here kerbside recyclable. Add a laminate, a plastic window or a metallic foil and the claim changes, so we put that in writing at proof stage rather than after the run.
84 per cent recycled content as standard, kerbside recyclable, no plastic tape needed to close it.
