Starting prices are for the plainest version of each product at the lowest quantity. Print, board grade and finish move the number, which is what the calculator further down is for.
Labels and stickers
Digital on the roll, in as little as five daysPaper, gloss, matt, clear PP and direct thermal. Variable data, barcodes and batch numbers printed inline. Wound out on 76 mm cores to suit your applicator.
Ecommerce mailers
Letterbox, book wrap and tear-strip parcel boxesPrinted inside and out, peel-and-seal strip, second tear strip for returns. Letterbox depths checked against Royal Mail large letter dimensions before we cut a tool.
Folding cartons
350 gsm board, kraft and recycled gradesRetail cartons with crash-lock or tuck ends, windows, and food-contact varnish where the pack needs it. Braille and recycling marks added to the die-line at proof stage.
POS and display
Counter units, floor units and shelf-ready packsDrawn, sampled on the cutting table, then run flat and shipped knocked down. Build steps print on the inside face so the store team is not guessing at seven in the morning.
Tape and void fill

The calculator uses our own rate card, so the band is honest rather than optimistic. What it cannot see is your board grade, your pallet quantity and where the lorry is going, which is why the last word belongs to an estimator.

Nine times out of ten a delayed job is a file problem, not a press problem. These six lines prevent most of them.
File formatPrint-ready PDF, PDF/X-4 preferred. Illustrator and InDesign accepted with links and fonts.
Bleed3 mm on cartons and labels, 5 mm on corrugated.
ColourCMYK or a named Pantone. RGB files are converted and reproofed, which costs a day.

What is the smallest order you will take?
Two hundred and fifty boxes, five hundred labels, fifty display units. Below that the setup costs more than the stock, and we will say so rather than take the order.
Do I pay for the cutting forme?
Once, on the first order, from £180. We keep it on file and store it free. Repeat orders on the same tool carry no tooling charge.
Can you hold stock and let me call it off?
Yes. Order the full run and take delivery in agreed drops. The first ninety days of storage are free, then it is £6.40 a pallet a week.
How close is the calculator to a real quote?
It gives a band, not a price. A real quote accounts for board grade, print method, pallet quantity and delivery point, and it comes back inside one working day.
Is the packaging actually recyclable?
The corrugated and carton board is kerbside recyclable across the UK. Where you add a laminate or a plastic window, we tell you what that does to the recycling claim before you sign it off.
Can you match our existing pack?
Send us one. We measure it, redraw the die-line and print a sample in the same board so you can hold the two side by side.
