Reception answers the phone between 9:00 and 17:30. If the solicitor you need is with a client, you will get a time when they will ring you back, not a promise to pass it on.

Not for a general enquiry. We will tell you on the phone whether we can help, roughly what it costs and how long it takes. Family matters have a fixed £75 first meeting of 45 minutes, offset against your fee if you go ahead.
