Your data may be transferred to our hosting, email and analytics providers, and to authorized authorities within our legal obligations, in accordance with KVKK Art. 8 and 9. Some providers may be located abroad, in which case appropriate safeguards are applied.

7. Retention Period

Your data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the legal retention periods prescribed by applicable law; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to:

• Learn whether your data is processed and request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request erasure or destruction of your data
• Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
