Where to start
Two ways in, and neither one commits you to anything.
Most families ring us in the middle of something difficult: a fall, a discharge date, a diagnosis. You do not need a decision today. You need to see the place and hear a straight answer about money.

Our care
Six kinds of care, under one registration.
Because we are registered for nursing as well as residential and dementia care, most people who move in never have to move again when their needs change.
Residential care
For people who no longer manage alone at home but do not need nursing. Help with washing, dressing and medication, three cooked meals a day, and company whenever it is wanted.
Dementia care
Fourteen rooms in Bramble Wing, laid out so people can walk freely and still find their own door. Every carer has completed accredited dementia training and works from a life history written with the family.
Nursing care
A registered nurse on duty twenty four hours a day for people with complex health needs, wounds, PEG feeding or advanced conditions. Funded Nursing Care is applied where the NHS assessment allows.
Respite and short stays
From four nights to six weeks in a furnished room with everything provided. Families use it for a holiday, after a hospital discharge, or to try the home before deciding about a permanent move.
Care in your own home
Visits from half an hour upward across Cheltenham, Bishops Cleeve and Charlton Kings. The same two or three carers each week, so nobody has to explain themselves twice.
Live-in care
One carer living in the house on a two weeks on, two weeks off rota, with a daily break covered by a local carer. For couples who want to stay together, and for anyone who would rather not move at all.
A day at Willow Grove
Nobody is woken, and nothing runs to a whistle.
Choose an hour and see what is actually happening in the house. This is a normal Wednesday, not an open day.
Getting up, at your own pace
Nobody is woken. Carers look in from seven, and if you would rather stay in bed until ten, breakfast comes to you. Beryl in room 12 has been up at half six for sixty years and is not about to change.

Call or send the form
You speak to Ruth, our registered manager, not to a call centre. She will say honestly whether we are the right home, including when we are not.
Come and look round
Any day between nine and eight, with or without notice. Stay for lunch, talk to residents and families, and see the rooms that are genuinely free.
A free care assessment
We visit you at home or on the ward at no cost. You get a written care plan and a written fee, with nothing hidden underneath it.
Moving in
We help with the paperwork, the funding forms and the move itself. The first four weeks are a trial for both sides and either can end it without notice.
