What we provide, and what it costs.

Weekly fees are published below and confirmed in writing after a free assessment. We review them once a year in April and give twenty eight days notice of any change. Nothing is added later.

Dementia care

Fourteen rooms in Bramble Wing, laid out so people can walk freely and still find their own door. Every carer has completed accredited dementia training and works from a life history written with the family.

£1,340per week, Bramble Wing

  • Meals served without a fixed sitting

Nursing care
In the home

Nursing care

A registered nurse on duty twenty four hours a day for people with complex health needs, wounds, PEG feeding or advanced conditions. Funded Nursing Care is applied where the NHS assessment allows.

£1,495per week, before FNC
  • Registered nurse on site at all times
  • Wound, catheter and stoma care
  • Weekly GP round
  • Physiotherapy on referral
  • End of life care with the community team

Respite and short stays
In the home

Respite and short stays

From four nights to six weeks in a furnished room with everything provided. Families use it for a holiday, after a hospital discharge, or to try the home before deciding about a permanent move.

£1,290per week, four nights minimum
  • A room the same week when we have space
  • The same care as a permanent resident
  • Discharge beds held for the hospital
  • No notice period
  • Trial stays offset against the first month if you stay

At your own home

Care in your own home

Visits from half an hour upward across Cheltenham, Bishops Cleeve and Charlton Kings. The same two or three carers each week, so nobody has to explain themselves twice.

£29.50per half hour visit

  • Company and appointment escorts

At your own home

Live-in care

One carer living in the house on a two weeks on, two weeks off rota, with a daily break covered by a local carer. For couples who want to stay together, and for anyone who would rather not move at all.

£1,150per week, one person
  • A full time carer with their own room
  • A two hour break every day, covered
  • Night support up to two wakings
  • Household tasks and cooking
  • Pets stay at home too

Yes. Come between nine and eight on any day, including weekends. If you arrive at lunchtime we will find you a seat and a plate.
