Our price list, in full, before you ring.
No booking fee, no fuel surcharge, no minimum spend. Evening rate runs from 18:00 to 07:00 and all day Sunday, and you are told which rate applies before an engineer sets off.

24-hour emergency call-outs

Boiler installation
Like for like swaps fitted in a day, system conversions in two. Fixed price after a survey, 10-year manufacturer warranty registered for you.
General plumbing
Taps, toilets, stopcocks, outside taps, burst pipes and pipework moves. Small jobs are welcome and priced by the half hour.
Bathrooms and wet rooms
First fix to final seal, including tanking, thermostatic showers and level access. One team, one dated schedule.
Landlord certificates
CP12 gas safety records, EICR arranged, annual service reminders and direct access to tenants so you are not the middle man.

How a call-out runs
Four steps, and you know the price at step three.
You call, an engineer answers
Not a call centre. Tell us the symptom or the error code and we will tell you if it is something you can safely reset yourself.
We give you an arrival window
A 90 minute window for emergencies, a two hour window for booked work. If we are running late you get a text before the window closes.
Price agreed before any work
The call-out is fixed. Parts are quoted and shown to you on the van before they go in.
Signed off and left tidy
Photos of the work, the parts you paid for handed over, and the certificate emailed the same day.
