Prices below are the ones you will be charged, not a starting point that grows on the doorstep. Parts are quoted and shown to you before they go in.
Boiler repair and servicing
Diagnostic, repair and annual service on Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi and Glow-worm. Common parts carried on every van.
Boiler installation
Like for like swaps fitted in a day, system conversions in two. Fixed price after a survey, 10-year manufacturer warranty registered for you.
General plumbing
Taps, toilets, stopcocks, outside taps, burst pipes and pipework moves. Small jobs are welcome and priced by the half hour.
Bathrooms and wet rooms
First fix to final seal, including tanking, thermostatic showers and level access. One team, one dated schedule.
Landlord certificates
CP12 gas safety records, EICR arranged, annual service reminders and direct access to tenants so you are not the middle man.

Call-out and labour, published.
Evening rate runs 18:00 to 07:00 and all day Sunday. Bank holidays are charged at the evening rate.
