Performance Marketing & GrowthManufacturing

Cold start, warm traffic: Öztepe Plastik.

A rebuilt site launches with zero history and zero audience. We bought the first one and grew the second: paid search and display carried roughly three of every four visits in the site's opening stretch, while the organic stream we built underneath engaged at 76 percent.

A new site does not have an audience problem; it has an audience absence.

The Context

Overview

We had just rebuilt Öztepe Plastik's site from the ground up, which meant the plastics manufacturer was starting its digital life with a clean slate in the truest sense: no traffic history, no returning visitors, no rankings to inherit. A good site with nobody on it is a showroom with the lights off.

So we ran the launch on two engines at once. Paid search put the product catalogue in front of buyers already searching for it, and display kept the brand circulating in the category; together they carried roughly three of every four visits in the site's opening stretch, around twelve thousand paid sessions. Underneath the spend, the same product-led structure we had built the site around started earning its own audience: the organic stream that grew in engaged at 76 percent, the most attentive traffic the site had.

The measurement lives in Analytics rather than an ads panel, and it tells a clean cold-start story: the ads bought the audience the new site could not yet earn, and the site converted that spend into an organic stream that keeps arriving after the campaigns stop.

The Problem

The Challenge

A brand-new site, an audience of zero, and a product catalogue that deserved buyers from day one.

A rebuilt site inherits nothing: no rankings, no returning visitors, no momentum to lean on.

An industrial catalogue sells to buyers who search with intent; being absent from that search is being absent from the market.

Organic growth is real but slow; the launch window cannot wait for rankings to mature.

The ad account was not ours to keep; the win had to be measured where the client lives, in Analytics.

What We Built

Two engines for a cold start.

Paid search for the buyers already looking, display for the ones who should be, and an SEO foundation under both, so the audience the ads bought became an audience the site keeps.

The Impact

The audience the site got to keep.

~3/4
Share of the new site's opening traffic carried by ads.
~12K
Paid sessions delivered across search and display.
76%
Engagement of the organic stream grown under the spend.
2
Paid engines run side by side, search and display.
The Outcome

The bottom line.

In the site's opening stretch, roughly three of every four visits arrived through the campaigns: around twelve thousand paid sessions split between search, where buyers came with intent, and display, where the brand stayed visible across the category. For a site that had existed for weeks rather than years, that is the difference between launching and appearing.

The quieter number is the better one. The organic stream that grew beneath the spend engaged at 76 percent, far above every other channel on the site, which is what a product-led structure looks like when it starts earning its own audience. The ads carried the launch; the site turned that head start into traffic it no longer has to buy.
