Performance Marketing & GrowthManufacturing

End-to-end performance marketing across 39 markets: Eksed.

Three years of hand-tuned Google Ads and 150 unbroken weeks of trilingual SEO, run as one growth engine: thousands of qualified B2B leads converting in 39 markets.

Buyers from Riyadh to Sydney search in different languages; the engine had to convert them all inside the export math.

The Context

Overview

Eksed manufactures fall-protection equipment in Turkey and sells it far beyond. From 2023 onward we ran the full growth stack as one programme: paid search capturing demand, trilingual publishing building authority, LinkedIn accounts managed end to end, and the funnel, conversion and analytics discipline that ties every layer together.

We ran five Google Ads campaigns in parallel, each with a distinct job: domestic search for volume, competitor search for the sharpest intent, English export search geo-fanned across markets, smart bidding for the domestic long tail, and a dedicated track for high-value EU distributor leads.

The system was deliberately simple. One SEO article and one LinkedIn post every week, in three parallel language tracks: Turkish for domestic safety engineers and procurement teams, Arabic for MENA markets from Saudi Arabia to Morocco, English for international technical buyers. The content itself was never amplified with paid media, influencers or syndication.

Underneath the channels ran the disciplines that make them pay: campaigns structured per real use case, relentless negative-keyword hygiene and competitor bidding, conversion paths tuned around what actually converts, and every click measured end to end into the CRM, so budget always followed qualified demand as the account scaled.

The Problem

The Challenge

A technical B2B category, buyers scattered across dozens of markets, and an ad account that had to stay profitable in a volatile currency environment for three straight years.

Buyers scattered across dozens of markets, searching in different languages and converting at very different costs.

A Turkish-language site and near-zero discoverability in the markets the products were built to serve.

Very few Turkish manufacturers publish technical Arabic content consistently; the language gap was unclaimed ground.

Paid accounts drift: without relentless negative-keyword hygiene and copy iteration, costs quietly climb.

What We Built

One engine, two motions.

Five hand-tuned Google Ads campaigns, one article and one LinkedIn post a week in three languages, funnel and conversion discipline underneath, and every click tracked into the CRM, for 150 unbroken weeks.

The Social Layer

Social, run end to end.

LinkedIn carried the technical story to a professional audience: each week's article was shared to the feed, and special-day posts kept the account present between them, all managed end to end. Below, a selection.

The Outcome

The bottom line.

Across three years the engine delivered thousands of qualified B2B leads, with conversions landing in 39 countries. No single foreign market is large by itself; the point is the long tail: a Turkish manufacturer became reachable to fall-protection buyers in 39 countries through paid search alone.

Over the measured sixteen months, average search position improved from 14.3 to 7.5, impressions reached 1.7 million across three languages. Across the full engagement, organic search has brought visitors from more than 40 countries: 42% of them outside Turkey, with MENA alone accounting for nearly one in five. And they do not land on the homepage; more than half of organic entries arrive directly on articles, and the two busiest entry pages on the entire site are Arabic guides. The Arabic library became the story: articles on working-at-height safety and PPE selection turned into some of the highest-performing pages on the site, generating sustained visibility across MENA markets where competition remained thin.

Analytics tells the same story from the traffic side: daily organic sessions more than tripled in the first year after the engine launched, and have since grown to roughly ten times the pre-engagement baseline, still climbing two years on.

The engine ran on the multilingual site we built for Eksed, and every lead landed in the CRM pipeline we set up.
