A storefront that teaches as it sells: Enjoyesim.

How we built the storefront face of Enjoyesim, e-LUX Mobile's eSIM brand: an e-commerce front end where how-to videos and visuals we produced walk first-time buyers from doubt to purchase, while e-LUX's own engineers wired the QR activation behind it.

Nobody buys what they do not understand. Especially when the product is invisible.

The Context

Overview

Enjoyesim is e-LUX Mobile's eSIM brand, and it sells a product most of its buyers have never held, because there is nothing to hold. An eSIM is a QR code and a settings screen. The buying objection is not price; it is "will I be able to make this work?"

In 2023, over two months, we built the storefront that answers that question before it is asked. It runs as an e-commerce front end: pick a plan, pay, receive the QR, activate. The division of labour was clean and deliberate: we designed and built the customer-facing storefront, while e-LUX's own engineers wired the purchase and QR activation machinery behind it. It was our second build for the operator, after the e-LUX Mobile self-service site.

The teaching layer is what makes the store work. How-to videos and visuals, all produced by us, sit inside the buying path itself: what an eSIM is, how activation works, what happens after payment. By the time a visitor reaches checkout, the product has stopped being mysterious.

The Problem

The Challenge

A product nobody can hold, buyers who fear the setup, and a purchase that ends in a QR code.

An eSIM cannot be photographed on a shelf; the store had to make an invisible product feel concrete.

The real objection is fear of the setup; showing beats telling, so the answer had to be video.

Two teams built one flow; our storefront had to hand off cleanly to an activation engine we did not build.

Plans, payment and activation had to read as one short path, not three separate chores.

What We Built

Show, reassure, then sell.

The Impact

Doubt handled before checkout.

The Outcome

The bottom line.

Enjoyesim launched in two months with a storefront that treats education as part of the sale: an invisible product explained in our videos and visuals, a plan-to-QR path short enough to finish in one sitting, and an activation engine behind it run by e-LUX's own team.

The build also settled how we like to work with operators: we own the customer-facing face, the in-house team owns the machinery, and the seam between the two stays invisible to the buyer. It was our second project under the e-LUX roof, alongside the operator's own self-service site, and it left the brand selling a product category most of its market was still learning to name.
