A corporate website that lives on the growth platform: Akdan.

Akdan's new bilingual site publishes itself from PumpCMS, carries a live assistant and sends every form straight into the CRM: 170 pages on one core.

A good-looking site was no longer enough; Akdan needed a presence that publishes, answers and stays connected to the platform.

The Context

Overview

Akdan Consultancy is a long-established Ankara firm: since 1995 it has advised public institutions, family businesses and holding companies on management, valuation, project finance and restructuring. In 2025 we renewed its brand and built its first corporate website; that story is here.

The new brief was different in kind. The site should not simply present the firm; it should publish on its own, answer visitors' questions, collect enquiries into the CRM and stay in step with the firm's daily work. So we treated akdan.com as the first full pilot of a corporate site that lives on the PumpGrowthOS core.

The site itself is a bilingual static build: Turkish at the root, English under /en, every section with its own localised address and hreflang pair. The design follows the calm of the consultancy world: generous white space, large headlines, the navy and gold of the 2025 identity, nothing that shouts. A five-photo hero, a strip of the founder's television appearances and a stories band for news give the front page movement without noise.

Content lives in PumpCMS. News is written in Turkish and in English, each article on its own address in each language; more than sixty items were migrated with their real dates and covers. When an editor publishes or withdraws a post, the platform rebuilds and uploads the site by itself and notifies search engines of the changed addresses. Nobody at Akdan waits for a developer.

Two sections were built for the firm's own way of working. A listings section presents companies, properties, industrial facilities and trademarks for sale; Akdan enters these in its own panel, and a listing without a photo receives a generated cover in the firm's colours, in each language, so nothing goes live looking unfinished. A site-wide FAQ of sixteen questions, plus three per service, gives visitors and answer engines the same plain-language answers.

Underneath sits the work a serious site needs and a visitor never sees: every address of the old WordPress site, and of the site before it, redirected to its new home; structured data for the organisation, the founder, each service, each question and each article; a 170-address sitemap in two languages; a map of the site for answer engines; video and verification scripts that load only when a visitor asks for them; and conversion events for the form, the newsletter and the assistant in the firm's own analytics.

The Problem

The Challenge

The first site had done its job; time also showed its limits. Every content update waited on a developer, nobody could answer a visitor's question at eleven at night, and the site stood apart from the firm's daily work.

Questions about services waited for office hours and email threads.

Bilingual content was maintained by hand, so every news item and every correction waited on a developer.

Forms sent an email and stopped; the site was a standalone showcase, disconnected from the CRM.

Years of old addresses from two previous sites were scattered across search results, each one a potential dead end.

What We Built

From showcase to living infrastructure.

We rebuilt akdan.com on the PumpGrowthOS core: content flows from PumpCMS, every publish rebuilds the site by itself, forms land in the CRM and an on-site assistant answers service questions.

Publishes itself

A post published in PumpCMS rebuilds and uploads the site and notifies search engines; no developer in the loop.

Bilingual by design

Turkish at the root, English under /en, localised addresses and hreflang on every page, each news item on its own address in each language.

Listings with generated covers

Companies, properties, facilities and trademarks for sale, entered by the firm; a listing without a photo gets a cover in the firm's colours, per language.

Built for search and answer engines

Every old address redirected, structured data on every page type, a site-wide FAQ and a machine-readable map of the site.

170 addressesIn the sitemap and indexable from the first day
16 questionsSite-wide FAQ, plus three per service, for visitors and answer engines alike

The Impact

Trusted twice, cared for like day one.

170 pages
Indexable in two languages from the first day, every old address redirected.
Self-publishing
A post published in PumpCMS rebuilds and uploads the site with no developer in the loop.
60+ news items
Migrated with real dates and covers, each on its own address in Turkish and English.
One core
Content, forms, listings, assistant and CRM on the PumpGrowthOS platform.
The Outcome

The bottom line.

akdan.com now works for the firm around the clock. 170 pages in two languages are indexable from day one, with every old address redirected. News goes live from PumpCMS and the site publishes itself; the founder's team adds listings in its own panel; the FAQ and structured data give search and answer engines the same clear picture.

The two capabilities that make it a living site have their own stories: the on-site assistant that answers, scores and hands over enquiries, and the CRM and email foundation that keeps every contact, campaign and reply on one record.

For Akdan this is not a redesign but a change of class: the site is tied to the firm's daily operations, and the same core now serves it from content to conversation.
