A clinic serving patients abroad needed a site that put the clinic front and center, in every language.

The Context

Overview

Dental Estetik Center is a dental clinic in Ankara offering a broad range of treatments, from implant and aesthetic dentistry to pediatric, prosthetic and oral surgery.

The clinic serves a largely international patient base, so the site had to put the clinic itself front and center: its expertise, technology and treatments, presented clearly for patients researching from abroad.

They ran two sites, one domestic and one international, and each looked like a different clinic. The international site was already in place, so we rebuilt the Turkish site on the same UI concept and brought both under one consistent identity: the brand feels the same wherever a patient finds it.

We organised the site around treatment discovery, clinical expertise and clear next steps. Service pages, doctor profiles, clinic information and contact areas guide visitors from research to an enquiry or appointment request, with a CRM behind it capturing every lead.

The Problem

The Challenge

The old Turkish site was dated and corporate, and it did not match the clinic patients saw on the international site. Healthcare is a sensitive, tightly regulated space, so clarity and trust mattered more than ever.

A dated, corporate Turkish site that put the company before the clinic and its patients.

Patients researching a sensitive treatment from abroad, needing clarity and credibility at every step.

A broad range of treatments with no clear paths for visitors to discover and compare them.

Two separate sites for domestic and international audiences, with inconsistent branding.

What We Built

Rebuilt to match, designed for patients.

We rebuilt the Turkish site on the international site’s UI concept and organised it around treatment discovery, clinical expertise and clear next steps.

Clinic-first design

Treatments, technology and doctor profiles presented clearly for patients researching from abroad.

Two sites, one identity

The domestic and international sites rebuilt under a single, consistent brand experience.

~200 SEO articles corrected

Mistranslated content properly localised and heading and meta structure fixed, then migrated to the new site.

CRM integration

Every enquiry and appointment request captured in a CRM the clinic can follow up on.

The Impact

A clean, credible foundation.

Patient-first
The clinic and its treatments before the company.
1
Identity shared by the domestic and international sites.
End to end
From treatment discovery to an appointment request in one flow.
Scalable
A foundation for future content and growth.
The Outcome

The bottom line.

Dental Estetik Center’s Turkish site moved from a dated, corporate presence to a clinic-first experience that mirrors the international site’s identity: one brand, wherever a patient lands.

The rebuild went deeper than design. We also rescued the clinic’s 200-article SEO library and connected every enquiry to a CRM, each a story of its own.
